3. Content Guidelines

3.1. Prohibited Content

• Illegal and Harmful Activities: Any content promoting or instructing on illegal behavior, drug abuse, or self-harm is strictly prohibited.
• Violence and Threats: Content containing explicit threats or inciting violence will not be tolerated.
• Sexually Explicit Material: Adult content must comply with our guidelines, be appropriately age-restricted, and must not include any non-consensual material or exploitation.
• Adult Sexual Exploitation:
  In line with our commitment to protecting the dignity and rights of all individuals, FiboFan does not allow any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates adult sexual exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to, content that endorses or glamorizes activities such as trafficking, prostitution, or any behavior that exploits individuals for sexual purposes. Any such content will be removed promptly, and repeat offenders may face suspension or termination of their accounts.

• Your Content, Your Ownership: You are responsible for all the content you post. Remember, "Your data your business, FiboFan is the facilitator of your business." This means while we help host and display your content, you retain full ownership and control over your data.
• License to Use Content: By posting, you grant FiboFan a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.
